Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions
- Points can be only saved while making a purchase. Therefore, your VIP Loyalty Card must be presented to the cashier at the checkout whilst making a purchase. Points will not be allocated once your purchase has been completed
- Two points will be rewarded for every euro you spend in store. You can redeem your points at any time as a discount against your purchase directly at checkout. Points will be deducted for the rewards of refunds given.
- The Promoter may vary the periods of when points may be “saved” and when points may be “redeemed”. Points will be accumulated on every purchase (excluding restricted items).
- You will be able to save points in the totalhealth VIP Loyalty Scheme, exclusively.
- totalhealth Pharmacy does not offer points on the purchase of Prescription Drugs; Prescription Levy; Gift Cards & Vouchers; Baby food for infants for 6 months and under;
- The Promoter reserves the right to reject any VIP Loyalty Card if they deem that it has been forged of otherwise tampered with.
- To join the totalhealth VIP Loyalty scheme, you must be 18 years or older.
- The VIP Loyalty Card can only be used in totalhealth VIP Loyalty Scheme.
- The Promoter’s decision shall be final and binding in all matters regarding the totalhealth VIP Loyalty Scheme.
- Your totalhealth VIP Loyalty Card is not a credit, payment or cheque guarantee card.
- At your written request, your name can be removed from the totalhealth VIP Loyalty Club scheme. You may re-join the scheme at any time
- The promoter of the totalhealth Pharmacy VIP Loyalty Scheme is: Pharmasave Holdings Ltd., t/a totalhealth Pharmacy.
Lost/Stolen Cards
If your card is lost or stolen, please call into our pharmacy and a staff member will ask you to fill out a new application form. Totalhealth will not however be able to be held responsible for safeguarding points on your card if it is lost or stolen.
Termination of account
Where a card is not used for a 12 month period or over, it will be deemed null and void, all points will be forfeited.
Modification /Termination
totalhealth reserves the right to terminate the scheme and change or cancel offers at any time.
Data Protection
The information, as well as the details of the amount and description of purchases made with the loyalty card, together with some analysis of such purchases will be retained. totalhealth may, from time to time, send you information including offers of goods & services and competitions from which we think you may find of interest. Data provided to totalhealth will not be passed onto to any other party. Your participation in totalhealth Pharmacy VIP Loyalty Scheme constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions
- The totalhealth Gift Card is not a credit card, charge card, or cheque guarantee card.
- Valid totalhealth Gift Cards may be used as full or part payment for goods in a participating totalhealth Pharmacy.
- totalhealth Gift Cards are activated at the time of purchase and are valid for 5 years.
- Date of purchase is stated on the receipt issued when the gift card was purchased. Customers are advised to retain their gift receipt.
- The gift card is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
- The customer does not have to spend the full value in one transaction.
- Any residual balance on the gift card following purchase of goods will remain on the gift card for future use. The gift card will be activated so that it will be valid for 5 years from that date. Balances of €5 or less may be refunded in cash.
- Gift card holders can check their balance at any participating totalhealth Pharmacy nationwide.
- Totalhealth Pharmacy expressly excludes all liability for lost stolen and damaged gift cards.
- Totalhealth Pharmacy reserves the right to decline any Gift Card which has not been validly activated according to our procedures.
- The terms and conditions stated here take precedence over any terms that may be printed on the gift card you were issued.
- These terms and conditions are in accordance with guidelines issued under the Consumer Protection (Gift Vouchers) Act 2019.
Social Media Competition Terms & Conditions
- Competition is only open to entrants over 18 years of aga and residents in the Republic of Ireland.
- Employees of totalhealth Pharmacy and connected members of their families are excluded from the competition.
- No purchase necessary.
- Winner selected at random from users who engage correctly on the relevant post.
- Winner must send their contact details to claim the prize within 7 working days.
