We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Operations Manager to join our Pharmacy team!
We are looking for an essential member of our team who will lead and inspire their colleagues. As Manager, you will be responsible for the overall running of the store while motivating our team and providing the highest standard of customer service.
Role expectations:
- Analysing daily, weekly, monthly sales figures to ensure store profitability.
- Ensuring that high standards are maintained for our customers and teams
- Management of stock and cash in line with company procedures
- Supervising and managing the day-to-day operations of the store
- Understanding and meeting the commercial needs of the business
- Maintaining a high level of customer service
- Developing strong relationships with our customers
- Efficient management of store operations, including cost management & rostering efficiency
- Effective performance management of colleagues including appraisals, disciplining, coaching, motivation & mentoring
- Ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation
Role requirements:
- Minimum 3 Years Pharmacy experience essential with 1 year management experience.
- The ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and 'people' skills
- The ability to work in a busy environment and handle challenging situations
- Positivity, drive and enthusiasm with the ability that takes responsibility and makes decisions
- Strong commercial acumen
- Confidence, drive and enthusiasm.
- Decision-making ability and sense of responsibility.
- The ability to understand and analyse sales figures.
