Amending your personal details
You can easily change your personal details by visiting any * partcipating totalhealth pharmacy. View Store locator here
New card/ replacement card queries
To report a lost or stolen card, click here. Log in, click "order a new card" and simply follow the instruction online and we will do the rest. Alternatively, call into your local *totalhealth pharmacy, and a staff member will do it for you.
Registering on totalhealth.ie and collecting my points
It's simple - You can register online by clicking here!
Collect points every time you shop in a *totalhealth pharmacy. You just need to have your card with you! Its that easy.
My points balance
How do I check my point balance in-store?
There's a VIP Loyalty points statement at the bottom of your till receipt, which will tell you how many points you have collected with each purchase and what they're worth to spend on products in store. Or, you can ask any totalhealth assistant in-store and they will be more than happy to help you.
How do I check my point balance online?
You can check your balance via My Account here.
How do I spend my Points?
You can spend your points any time on almost anything in store and get that wonderful 'I've paid with my points' feeling. When you get to the till, just hand over your VIP Loyalty Card and the assistant will ask if you would like to pay with points. You can use the points to pay in part for any item. The total price in points will then be taken from your VIP Loyalty Card.
I bought an item using my points, am I still entitled to an exchange/ refund?
Yes, if you are taking an item back into store, please ensure you bring the totalhealth VIP Loyalty Card which was used in the transaction with you so the points can be credited back onto the account. The store's usual refund policy applies for the item.

What do you do with my data?
This information, as well as the details of the amount and description of purchases made with the VIP Loyalty Card, together with some analysis of such purchases will be retained. Totalhealth may from time to time, send you information including offers of goods & services and competitions from which we think you may find of interest. Data provided to totalhealth will not be passed onto to any other party. Your participation in totalhealth VIP Loyalty Scheme constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
